SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery to the US/North America is 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note: some products may have a delivery time of 8–15 business days, as they are shipped from a separate supplier. This will always be stated in the product description. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control. 

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at info.takeseason@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs & Duties Orders shipped to the US are generally not subject to customs fees. In rare cases, local customs may apply — these would be the responsibility of the customer.
